Are you planning to start a family in the future and want to learn more about your fertility? Curious about your ovarian reserve, which indicates the number of eggs you have left? Struggling to conceive and want to understand your hormone levels better?

This test can help you gain insights into your potential future fertility:

  • Measures 2 key fertility hormone markers (FSH & AMH)
  • Simple at-home finger-prick blood test
  • Delivers hospital-standard, easy-to-read results
  • Provides clear information and guidance for consulting your GP if needed
  • Sample should be taken on Day 3 of your menstrual cycle
  • Receive your results within 7 days along with a personalised health plan and supplement recommendations to optimise your well-being

Take control of your health and understand how your fertility hormone status might affect your future fertility. Keep in mind that female fertility is complex, and while this test can offer valuable information, it does not provide a complete picture of your fertility status. Use the results as a starting point for a discussion with your GP about next steps.

Take proactive steps to improve your life:

  • If you’re concerned about your future fertility
  • To find out if your ovarian reserve is typical for your age
  • If you’re trying to conceive and want to learn more about your hormone levels
  • To gather information for a conversation with your GP about your fertility
  • To explore the possibility of early menopause
  • Or if you’re simply curious to learn more

Steps:

  1. Use our simple finger-prick test kit to collect your blood sample at home or in our clinic
  2. Our team of experts will analyse your sample in an ISO13485 certified laboratory
  3. Receive your detailed results online within 7 days, with expert guidance available
  4. Get a personalised plan from our experts, including supplement recommendations to help optimise your health

Upon purchase of your Testing Kit, you agree to the Terms & Conditions, and Declaration & Consent Statement for that test. The Declaration and Consent Statement for each test is set out below and more detail can be found on our Terms of Service, Section 20.
