Upon purchase of your Testing Kit, you agree to the Terms & Conditions, and Declaration & Consent Statement for that test. The Declaration and Consent Statement for each test is set out below and more detail can be found on our Terms of Service, Section 20.

To complete the activation of your test, please confirm the following:

1. The test is for yourself, or you are the parent or guardian of the person taking the test (defined as “you” below).
2. You are female and over the age of eighteen years.
3. You are not pregnant nor breastfeeding.
4. You are not taking hormonal contraception or hormone replacement therapy (HRT).
5. If you are still having periods (cycling), then you understand that the finger-prick blood sample must be taken on Day 3 of your cycle (where Day 1 is the first day of your period). If you are not cycling then the sample can be taken at any time.
6. You understand that some medications can alter female sex hormone levels. If in doubt then ask your GP or Pharmacist.
7. You understand that you should not take biotin supplements for 2 days prior to taking this test. If you are taking prescribed biotin then we advise that you discuss this with your GP or Pharmacist first.
8. You understand that if less than 400μL of blood is provided you may not receive a result.
9. You understand that if you do not complete and attach the small label to the blood sample tube then you will not receive any results.
10. You understand that the sample should be taken and posted on the same day.
11. You understand that personal and special category data is stored in accordance with our privacy policy and UK Data Protection laws.
12. You have read and agree to the terms and conditions.
