To complete the activation of your test, please confirm the following:

1. The test is for you, or you are the parent or guardian of the person taking the test.
2. The person taking the test is over the age of two years.
3. The person taking the test is not pregnant nor breastfeeding.
4. You understand that personal and special category data is stored in accordance with our privacy policy and UK Data Protection laws.
5. You understand that steroids or immunosuppressants may affect results.
6. You understand that if the person taking the test is excluding any foods from their diet, that this could affect the test results for those foods.
7. You have read and agree to the terms and conditions.
