Upon purchase of your Testing Kit, you agree to the Terms & Conditions, and Declaration & Consent Statement for that test. The Declaration and Consent Statement for each test is set out below and more detail can be found on our Terms of Service, Section 20.
To complete the activation of your test, please confirm the following:
1. The test is for you, or you are the parent or guardian of the person taking the test (defined as “you” below).
2. You are over the age of eighteen years.
3. You are not pregnant nor breastfeeding.
4. You understand that if less than 400μL of blood is provided you may not receive a result.
5. You are not taking glucocorticoids (a type of steroid). If in doubt then ask your GP or Pharmacist.
6. You understand that the test has to be done before eating and as soon as possible after you wake up in the morning. Take the test between 6am and 10am OR within three hours of waking if you work shift patterns.
7. You understand that you must not exercise between waking and taking the test.
8. You understand that oral contraceptives and hormone replacement therapy may increase cortisol levels.
9. You understand that the sample should be taken on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday and the sample posted the same day.
10. You understand that personal and special category data is stored in accordance with our privacy policy and UK Data Protection laws.
11. You have read and agree to the terms and conditions.
12. You understand that if you do not complete and attach the small label to the blood sample tube then you will not receive any results.
